You Are Not Broken

At Reclaim Recovery, we believe that symptoms like anxiety, addiction, trauma responses or repeating patterns are not character flaws.

They are signals.

Often, what brings someone to therapy isn’t a single traumatic event, but experiences that build over time. These experiences can quietly shape how safe we feel, how we see ourselves, and what we believe is possible in our lives.

We don’t believe you are broken.
We believe your nervous system adapted to survive.

And what adapted can also change.

Our Approach

A Different Way of Thinking About Healing

We are not shame-based

We are not one-size-fits-all

We work with the nervous system, not against it

We believe truth, safety, and self-compassion are central to healing

Healing is not about forcing positivity or endlessly reliving the past. It’s about understanding how your experiences shaped your beliefs and reactions, and creating space for those patterns to shift.

How We Support Healing

Individual Therapy

A consistent, collaborative space to explore experiences, patterns, and emotions shaping your life. Sessions are paced to support insight, self-regulation, and meaningful change; helping you reconnect with yourself without pressure or judgment.

EMDR Therapy

A structured, evidence-based approach to reprocess distressing experiences and shift stuck patterns. EMDR supports healing from trauma without reliving it, helping the nervous system integrate experiences and reduce emotional charge.

Check-In & Support Sessions

Shorter, focused sessions for grounding, coping strategies, or recovery maintenance. Ideal during transitions, stressful periods, or alongside longer-term therapy — providing timely support without the intensity of deep trauma work.

Therapy Intensives

Extended, immersive sessions designed for deeper focus on specific trauma, patterns, or life transitions. Carefully paced and trauma-informed, intensives allow the nervous system time to fully engage, integrate insights, and support meaningful change faster than standard sessions.
